We are Ashley and Isaac Larrowe, the owners of Palladio’s View in St. John, USVI! In January 2024, we traveled to St. John for the first time, and we absolutely fell in love with the remote, tropical isolation of the island. Specifically, we found ourselves (and our 2 kids) at Maho Bay one evening, and it was such a heavenly experience for us. We had the entire beach to ourselves. Our phones were dead and for about an hour, we were completely turned off from the rest of the world.
Currently residing in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, we run a very busy vacation rental company. The stresses of running a business, dealing with the day to day headaches, staffing issues….it’s a lot! After visiting St. John for the first time, we knew that we needed to find a way to make that a regular part of our life. As we get older, we are often reminded how short life is. We want to make memories with our kids that will never be forgotten.
Palladio’s View was a prime choice for us when we decided to invest in a rental home in St. John. The views, the pool, the hot tub, the size of the home, the deck space, the solar power, and backup power; these were all features that attracted us to the home. In addition, the villa is only 20 minutes from Maho Bay, Trunk Bay, and Cinnamon Bay. The ability to be right around the corner from some of the most heavenly beaches in the world was a key factor for us!
